Apple is better for customer service, but I wouldn’t expect any free parts, unless you are my son, who seems to get an “upgrade” to his broken iPods once a year. I swear he’s coming with me when I want to buy a new car.

I was howling when you thought Microsoft would have any kind of customer service. I wouldn’t count on Apple sending you free stuff, and the software is expensive, but it is generally a lovely, stable operating system..
Stuff like keyboards are cheap. Apple computers are not.
