My paper boy is out to get me. He has consistently thrown the paper on the sidewalk or in the yard for a good long time now and as soon as it is a rainy day, it goes in the driveway, where the plastic bag it is in fills with runoff water, rendering the paper a soggy, unreadable mess.
The dirty bastard.

This is so weird… I was just telling J to set a booby trap for our paper boy in the morning! The guy always picks up and puts my paper under one of the foo dogs beside the door. Kinda makes me mad becase number one if he drops one and breaks it I’m really going to be mad. And number two it tears the paper a little bit. (which is why I’m worried about him breaking one of the dogs, because the tear indicates that he’s a little rough with them) So we have been having gale force winds practically all week, and does he put the paper under the dog? NO! So I have collectively like 25 sheets from 4 newspapers this week! GRRRRRRRR!

We have an ongoing battle with our paperboy too. He brings the paper on time – which is critical because if we’ve already left for work when the paper arrives, we no longer need it – for exactly two weeks after we call the paper company and threaten to stop delivery. And once things resume to normal, and we get complacent, he’s back to 9:45, 10:15, every other day. I know it’s not rocket science, but could we just GET IT RIGHT?
